Website Service Agreement

1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

The services that Six Figure Trading Coach, operated by Six Figure Trading Coach, LLC (“6FTC,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), provides to User are subject to the following Terms of Use (“Terms”). 6FTC reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. The most current version can be reviewed at https://sixfiguretradingcoach.com/terms-of-use-website-service-agreement/.

By using this website or any 6FTC product or service, User agrees to comply with all terms and conditions hereof. The right to use the website and services is personal to User and is not transferable. User is responsible for all use of their account and for maintaining the confidentiality of their password(s), as further described in Section 2.

2. ELIGIBILITY

User must be at least 18 years of age, or the age of majority in their jurisdiction if greater, to use the 6FTC website or Services. By using the website or Services, User represents and warrants that they meet this requirement. 6FTC does not knowingly permit anyone under this age to create an account or use the Services, and reserves the right to terminate access immediately if it becomes aware that a User does not meet it.

3. ACCOUNT REGISTRATION & SECURITY

Where use of the Services requires User to create an account, User must provide current, complete, and accurate information as prompted during registration and keep that information up to date. User will select a username and password and is solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of that password and for all activity that occurs under User’s account, whether or not authorized by User.

User agrees to notify 6FTC immediately of any unauthorized use of their account or any other breach of security. 6FTC is not liable for any loss User may incur as a result of someone else using User’s password or account, with or without User’s knowledge. User may be held liable for losses incurred by 6FTC or another party due to someone else using User’s account or password. User may not use another person’s account at any time without that account holder’s permission.

4. DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES

Through its website and authorized platforms, 6FTC provides User with access to a variety of trading education resources, tools, indicators, automated strategies, community access, live classes, and related content (collectively “Services”). 6FTC’s current product offerings include:

  • Gold Membership: Monthly trading education membership including community access and live classes
  • Platinum Membership: Advanced trading education membership including various tools, algorithms, MT4/MT5, Dragonfly EA, and access to live trading sessions
  • Dragonfly EA: A proprietary Expert Advisor for MetaTrader 4 and MetaTrader 5
  • AutoTrader Suite: A proprietary algorithmic trading indicator suite available through WHOP (whop.com). AutoTrader Suite is governed by its own Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, Return Policy, and EULA available at checkout on WHOP
  • Inner Circle: A private mentorship and accountability program (application required)
  • Affiliate Program: A referral program for qualified partners

Services are subject to change, addition, or removal at 6FTC’s sole discretion at any time without notice.

5. EQUIPMENT & TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS

User is solely responsible for obtaining and maintaining the internet access, computer hardware, software, and other equipment needed to access and use the website and Services, and for any costs associated with that access.

6. CHANGES TO TERMS

6FTC reserves the right to change or modify these Terms at any time. Such changes shall be effective immediately upon posting to the website. Any use of the website or Services after such notice constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

7. FINANCIAL READINESS & MEMBER SUITABILITY

    6FTC products and services are designed for intermediate-to-advanced traders who are financially stable and have disposable income. Our tools and education assume that you have trading capital and subscription costs you can comfortably afford without financial strain.

    As with any software or strategy running against capital, we strongly recommend starting on a demo account before trading live. Any profitable trading is a long-term journey. If a losing month or a subscription cost would create real financial hardship for you, we strongly encourage building a stronger financial foundation before joining. We only want to work with people who are truly ready.

    6FTC products are NOT designed for complete beginners or individuals under financial pressure. By using our Services, you confirm that you are financially stable and understand that trading losses are a normal part of any trading journey.

    8. FINANCIAL & EDUCATIONAL DISCLAIMER

    All content provided by 6FTC, including but not limited to live classes, video content, written materials, Discord community content, trading indicators, automated strategies, and any other materials, IS FOR EDUCATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY and does not constitute financial advice, investment advice, or a recommendation to buy or sell any security, futures contract, currency, or other financial instrument.

    Trading futures, forex, stocks, cryptocurrency, and other financial instruments involves significant risk of loss and is not appropriate for all investors. Past performance of any trading strategy or indicator does not guarantee future results. You should consult with a licensed financial professional before making any investment decisions. 6FTC is not a registered investment advisor, broker-dealer, or financial institution.

    9. TRADING RISK DISCLOSURE

    6FTC does not guarantee any specific trading results. All trading involves substantial risk of loss. Results shown in testimonials, community posts, or marketing materials represent individual member results and are not typical. Your results will vary based on your trading decisions, market conditions, risk management, and other factors outside of 6FTC’s control.

    6FTC is not responsible for any trading losses incurred by any Member, whether on a demo account or a live account, and whether or not such Member used any 6FTC tool, strategy, indicator, or educational content.

    10. SUBSCRIPTIONS, BILLING & CANCELLATION

    10.1 Subscription Products

    Certain 6FTC products are offered on a recurring subscription basis, including Gold Membership and the AutoTrader Suite. By subscribing to any recurring product, you authorize 6FTC and/or its payment processors (including WHOP, PayPal, and Square) to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until your subscription is cancelled.

    10.2 Cancellation

    You may cancel your subscription at any time. To avoid being charged for the following billing period, cancellation must be submitted at least seventy-two (72) hours prior to your next scheduled billing date. It is your sole responsibility to cancel before this deadline. 6FTC is not responsible for charges incurred due to failure to cancel in time.

    10.3 No Refund Policy

    ALL SALES ARE FINAL. No refunds will be issued once access to any 6FTC product or service has been granted. This applies to all subscription types and one-time purchases. In rare cases involving exceptional circumstances, 6FTC may, at its sole discretion, offer accommodations on a case-by-case basis. Any such accommodation is a one-time gesture, is not guaranteed, and does not set a precedent for future requests.

    10.4 AutoTrader Suite

    The AutoTrader Suite is delivered exclusively through WHOP. All billing, cancellation, and refund terms for the AutoTrader Suite are governed by the AutoTrader Suite Terms of Service, Return Policy, and EULA available through WHOP. By subscribing to the AutoTrader Suite, you agree to those additional terms.

    10.5 Platinum Membership

    Platinum Membership is offered as a one-time payment providing lifetime access to the 6FTC Member MT4/MT5 indicator suite and Expert Advisors included in the membership at the time of purchase, for the lifetime of 6FTC’s operation of the Platinum Membership product. This does not include the AutoTrader Suite indicators, which are sold separately, with two exceptions described below. No monthly fees or renewals apply.

    Platinum Membership also includes access to select TradingView indicators, delivered through TradingView’s Invite-Only Script system. Because this access requires 6FTC to maintain an active TradingView publisher account and continue granting access to each Member’s TradingView username, it depends on 6FTC’s continued operation and is not guaranteed to continue if 6FTC discontinues the Platinum Membership product, discontinues a specific indicator, or ceases operations, unlike the MT4/MT5 tools, which remain installed and functional on Member’s own trading platform regardless.

    Live trading sessions, the session archive, and Discord community access are ongoing services provided as part of the Platinum Membership program. These services are not guaranteed to continue indefinitely, to be delivered by any specific individual, or to remain unchanged in format, and depend on 6FTC’s continued operation of the Platinum Membership program. 6FTC may modify, transition, or discontinue any of these services, including changes in who delivers them, at its discretion.

    The one-on-one strategy session included with Platinum Membership is a single session, not a recurring benefit. If it has not yet been scheduled or completed at the time 6FTC discontinues the Platinum Membership program or ceases operations, it is not guaranteed to be delivered.

    If 6FTC discontinues the Platinum Membership program or ceases operations, a Member’s access to the MT4/MT5 tools and Expert Advisors already received as part of their membership is unaffected, but continued access to live sessions, the session archive, and Discord community access is not guaranteed.

    11. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

    The 6FTC website, all content, indicators, algorithms, strategies, course materials, videos, graphics, logos, trademarks, and all other materials are the exclusive intellectual property of Six Figure Trading Coach / Six Figure Trading Coach, LLC. All rights are reserved.

    User may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, sell, or create derivative works from any 6FTC content without express prior written permission. User may download content for personal, non-commercial use only. Nothing in these Terms transfers any ownership rights to User.

    The names, logos, and marks of Six Figure Trading Coach, 6FTC, AutoTrader Suite, Dragonfly, and related products are trademarks of 6FTC. Unauthorized use of these marks is prohibited.

    Software made available through 6FTC, including the Dragonfly EA, is licensed, not sold, and is provided without warranty of any kind. Except where a separate End User License Agreement applies, such as through WHOP for the AutoTrader Suite, use of any 6FTC software is at User’s own risk, and 6FTC disclaims all warranties, express or implied, regarding that software’s performance, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose.

    Any rights not expressly granted to User in these Terms are reserved by 6FTC.

    12. USER CONDUCT

    By using the 6FTC website, community, Discord server, or any other 6FTC platform, User agrees not to:

    • Share, distribute, or resell any 6FTC proprietary content, indicators, or tools
    • Engage in abusive, defamatory, threatening, or harassing behavior toward 6FTC staff or community members
    • Make false or misleading claims about 6FTC products or trading results
    • Solicit other 6FTC members for competing products or services, or send spam, chain messages, or unsolicited bulk communications
    • Use 6FTC platforms for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable laws or regulations
    • Attempt to reverse-engineer or replicate any 6FTC indicator or algorithm
    • Share account credentials or license codes with any third party
    • Upload or transmit viruses, malware, or any other code designed to damage or disrupt 6FTC platforms or other users’ devices
    • Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent an affiliation with any person or entity
    • Collect or harvest personal information about other members, including email addresses or contact information, without their consent
    • Restrict or inhibit any other member from using or enjoying 6FTC platforms

    6FTC reserves the right to remove any User from its community and/or terminate their subscription for conduct deemed inappropriate at 6FTC’s sole discretion, without refund.

    13. MEMBER CONTENT LICENSE

    By posting, commenting, submitting, or sharing any content, including trade results, testimonials, comments, screenshots, or video, on the 6FTC website, Discord server, WHOP community, or 6FTC’s official social media accounts, User grants 6FTC a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable license to use, reproduce, edit, distribute, publicly display, and publish that content, including in 6FTC’s marketing and promotional materials, across any 6FTC platform or channel. This license is perpetual and survives the termination of User’s membership and the removal or deletion of the content by User, with respect to content already shared prior to such termination or removal. No compensation will be paid to User for any use of their content under this license.

    User represents and warrants that User owns or otherwise controls all rights necessary to grant this license, and that where User’s content depicts any other person, that person has also consented to its use as described in this Section.

    6FTC will not attribute User’s name to any content used in 6FTC’s marketing or promotional materials without User’s separate, express permission. Content may otherwise be used, edited, and republished without a member’s name attached.

    14. UNSOLICITED IDEAS & SUBMISSIONS

    6FTC does not accept or consider unsolicited ideas, including ideas for new products, strategies, indicators, marketing campaigns, promotions, or product names. Please do not send 6FTC any original creative material, strategy concepts, or other unsolicited submissions.

    This policy exists solely to avoid misunderstandings or disputes in the event that a 6FTC product, strategy, or marketing approach later resembles material that was submitted unsolicited. If, despite this request, User submits such material to 6FTC, User understands that 6FTC makes no assurance that the material will be treated as confidential or proprietary to User.

    15. TESTIMONIALS & RESULTS DISCLAIMER

    Testimonials, results, and success stories shared on the 6FTC website, social media, or community represent individual member experiences. Results are not typical. Individual results will vary based on trading decisions, market conditions, account size, risk management, and other factors. No specific income or profit results are guaranteed or implied. Any aggregate or average performance figures referenced in 6FTC marketing or community materials reflect specific data disclosed at the time and are not a standing benchmark, a projection, or a guarantee of individual results.

    16. COMMUNITY STANDARDS

    6FTC operates a private community through Discord and WHOP. Community participation is a privilege, not a right. 6FTC maintains the right to moderate, edit, or remove any content posted in the community and to remove any member whose behavior violates community standards or these Terms.

    Community discussions, trade results shared by members, and testimonials are individual experiences and do not represent typical results. 6FTC does not verify member-posted results and is not responsible for the accuracy of member-shared information.

    17. THIRD-PARTY LINKS & PLATFORMS

    The 6FTC website and community may contain links to third-party websites and platforms including but not limited to WHOP, Discord, TradingView, MetaTrader, NinjaTrader, prop firm partners, and affiliate brokers. 6FTC is not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of service of any third-party platform. Links are provided for convenience only and do not constitute endorsement.

    Prop firm partnerships, broker affiliations, and related referral relationships may result in 6FTC receiving affiliate compensation. This does not affect the editorial content or recommendations provided by 6FTC.

    18. AFFILIATE PROGRAM

    6FTC operates an affiliate program through which qualified partners may earn commissions for referring new subscribers. Affiliate terms, commission rates, and payout schedules are governed by the separate Affiliate Agreement available at sixfiguretradingcoach.com/affiliate/. 6FTC reserves the right to modify or terminate the affiliate program at any time.

    19. PRIVACY

    6FTC’s collection and use of personal information is governed by the 6FTC Privacy Policy available at sixfiguretradingcoach.com/privacy-policy/. By using the website or any 6FTC Service, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in the Privacy Policy.

    20. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES & LIMITED LIABILITY

NEITHER Six Figure Trading Coach, ITS AFFILIATES NOR ANY OF THEIR RESPECTIVE EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, THIRD PARTY CONTENT PROVIDERS OR LICENSORS WARRANT THAT http://www.sixfiguretradingcoach.com WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR FREE; NOR DO THEY MAKE ANY WARRANTY AS TO THE RESULTS THAT MAY BE OBTAINED FROM USE OF http://www.sixfiguretradingcoach.com, OR AS TO THE ACCURACY, RELIABILITY OR CONTENT OF ANY INFORMATION, SERVICE, OR MERCHANDISE PROVIDED THROUGH http://www.sixfiguretradingcoach.com.

    • THIS DISCLAIMER OF LIABILITY APPLIES TO ANY DAMAGES OR INJURY CAUSED BY ANY FAILURE OF PERFORMANCE, ERROR, OMISSION, INTERRUPTION, DELETION, DEFECT, DELAY IN OPERATION OR TRANSMISSION, COMPUTER VIRUS, COMMUNICATION LINE FAILURE, THEFT OR DESTRUCTION OR UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS TO, ALTERATION OF, OR USE OF RECORD, WHETHER FOR BREACH OF CONTRACT, TORTIOUS BEHAVIOR, NEGLIGENCE, OR UNDER ANY OTHER CAUSE OF ACTION. USER SPECIFICALLY ACKNOWLEDGES THAT Six Figure Trading Coach IS NOT LIABLE FOR THE DEFAMATORY, OFFENSIVE OR ILLEGAL CONDUCT OF OTHER USERS OR THIRD-PARTIES AND THAT THE RISK OF INJURY FROM THE FOREGOING RESTS ENTIRELY WITH USER.
    • IN NO EVENT WILL Six Figure Trading Coach, OR ANY PERSON OR ENTITY INVOLVED IN CREATING, PRODUCING OR DISTRIBUTING http://www.sixfiguretradingcoach.com OR THE Six Figure Trading Coach SOFTWARE, BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF THE USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE http://www.sixfiguretradingcoach.com. USER HEREBY ACKNOWLEDGES THAT THE PROVISIONS OF THIS SECTION SHALL APPLY TO ALL CONTENT ON THE SITE.
    • IN ADDITION TO THE TERMS SET FORTH ABOVE NEITHER, Six Figure Trading Coach, NOR ITS AFFILIATES, INFORMATION PROVIDERS OR CONTENT PARTNERS SHALL BE LIABLE REGARDLESS OF THE CAUSE OR DURATION, FOR ANY ERRORS, INACCURACIES, OMISSIONS, OR OTHER DEFECTS IN, OR UNTIMELINESS OR AUTHENTICITY OF, THE INFORMATION CONTAINED WITHIN http://www.sixfiguretradingcoach.com, OR FOR ANY DELAY OR INTERRUPTION IN THE TRANSMISSION THEREOF TO THE USER, OR FOR ANY CLAIMS OR LOSSES ARISING THEREFROM OR OCCASIONED THEREBY. NONE OF THE FOREGOING PARTIES SHALL BE LIABLE FOR ANY THIRD-PARTY CLAIMS OR LOSSES OF ANY NATURE, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, LOST PROFITS, PUNITIVE OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.
    • PRIOR TO THE EXECUTION OF A STOCK TRADE, USERS ARE ADVISED TO CONSULT WITH YOUR BROKER OR OTHER FINANCIAL REPRESENTATIVE TO VERIFY PRICING OR OTHER INFORMATION. Six Figure Trading Coach, ITS AFFILIATES, INFORMATION PROVIDERS OR CONTENT PARTNERS SHALL HAVE NO LIABILITY FOR INVESTMENT DECISIONS BASED ON THE INFORMATION PROVIDED. NEITHER, Six Figure Trading Coach, NOR ITS AFFILIATES, INFORMATION PROVIDERS OR CONTENT PARTNERS WARRANT OR GUARANTEE THE TIMELINESS, SEQUENCE, ACCURACY OR COMPLETENESS OF THIS INFORMATION. ADDITIONALLY, THERE ARE NO WARRANTIES AS TO THE RESULTS OBTAINED FROM THE USE OF THE INFORMATION.

    21. FORCE MAJEURE

    Neither party will be responsible for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, riot, embargoes, acts of civil or military authorities, fire, flood, accidents, equipment or software failures, telecommunications or network failures, power failures, or failures of third-party service providers (including internet service providers, payment processors, and platforms such as WHOP, Discord, MetaTrader, or TradingView).

    The party affected by such an event will notify the other party within fifteen (15) days of its occurrence, and performance under this Agreement will be suspended for as long as the event prevents the affected party from performing its obligations.

    22. INDEMNIFICATION

    User agrees to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless 6FTC and Six Figure Trading Coach, LLC, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of User’s use of the website or Services or violation of these Terms.

    23. TERMINATION

    Either 6FTC or User may terminate this Agreement at any time. 6FTC reserves the right to immediately terminate User’s access in the event of any conduct that 6FTC, in its sole discretion, considers to be unacceptable, including breach of these Terms, misuse of proprietary content, or disruptive community behavior.

    24. GENERAL PROVISIONS

    These Terms, together with the 6FTC Privacy Policy and, where applicable, the AutoTrader Suite Terms of Service, Return Policy, and EULA, constitute the entire agreement between User and Six Figure Trading Coach, LLC with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersede all prior agreements.

    These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the State of Florida.

    No waiver by either party of any breach or default under these Terms will be deemed a waiver of any preceding or subsequent breach or default. Section headings are used for convenience only and have no legal effect.

    Six Figure Trading Coach, its logos, and all associated marks are trademarks of Six Figure Trading Coach, LLC. All rights reserved. All other trademarks appearing on this website are the property of their respective owners.
